Welcome to the connected, sustainable economy of tomorrow
With three years of strategic effort and active economic revitalization to its credit, Hauts-de-France has become a European pioneer in the Third Industrial Revolution. Since 2013, the region has hosted over 700 “Rev3” projects and initiatives to make this revolution a reality, shaping an economy that is more creative, more resource-efficient, more responsible and more collaborative.
rev3days in action
Organized by the Hauts-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and Regional Council in partnership with enterprise europe network (een), rev3days will be held February 9-10, 2017 at the Grand Palais in Lille. This is the region’s first international business convention dedicated to Rev3. “Our two-day business event will focus on new digital opportunities and solutions for using energy and natural resources more efficiently,” says Louis-Philippe Blervaque, the new Vice-Chair for Rev3 at the Hauts-de-France CCI. At rev3days, over 250 French and international companies will come together to explore innovative new technologies, develop partnerships and identify investment opportunities. The convention has four key themes—energy, the circular economy, additive manufacturing and smart cities—and will offer B2B meetings, plenary sessions, theme-specific workshops and tours of pilot sites. Hauts-de-France and the Rev3 movement will use the event to step up deployment of social and environmental projects for businesses and regions throughout Europe.
