GSK in Hauts-de-France: the pharmaceutical sector is not in crisis.
This is evident from the two recruitment sessions held by GSK in Saint-Amand-les-Eaux in July and August.
A total of 100 new employees will join production lines at the pharmaceutical company in Hauts-de-France.
This recruitment aims to support increased vaccine production at the site.
“The Covid-19 crisis has highlighted the importance of vaccines and the need to ensure continuity of supply. This recruitment drive is aimed at meeting that need.”

The site specialises in the production and packaging of vaccines and adjuvants for use worldwide.
GSK is gearing up for the fight against COVID-19 by contributing a number of different partnerships.
These partnerships aim to develop one or more adjuvanted vaccines against the virus.
“Located close to the GSK Vaccines headquarters in Wavre, Belgium, with modern equipment and highly skilled teams, the Saint-Amand-les-Eaux SAE plant is, and will continue to be, a strategic site for the production of adjuvants and vaccines. This recruitment will strengthen current teams and allow the site to continue to step up production capacity.”
